Job Description:
As a housekeeping staff member at Imperial Animal Hospital, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Laundry:
Managing the clinic's laundry needs.
Cleaning Kennels:
Maintaining a clean environment for our animal patients by cleaning kennels once the hospitalized patient has been moved.
Dishwashing:
Cleaning and sanitizing dog bowls.
Cleaning Surgical Suite/Exam Rooms/Treatment Area:
Keeping these areas in pristine condition.
Equipment Sterilization:
Washing, scrubbing, and sterilizing surgery equipment to maintain a high standard of hygiene.
Litter Pan Management:
Emptying litter pans to ensure a clean environment for our feline friends.
Yard Clean-up:
Keeping the clinic's outdoor areas tidy.
Other Clean-up:
Assisting with general cleaning tasks, such as trash removal.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older.
Able to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, and Saturdays.
Physical fitness and the ability to engage in ongoing movement, including bending and light lifting.
Professional appearance and a respectful demeanor.
Clean background.
